JOE CASTER carries top weight in a competitive looking 6 furlong nursery at Great Leighs tomorrow night. He had no run at all last time out and is definitely better than that form suggests. He is well drawn in 3 tomorrow but he is not always the quickest away so may not be able to make best use of it. He should run well as he still seems in good form at home but it is getting late in the season for him.
ROLEPLAY makes a quick reappearance at Lingfield on Friday after her good third last week. There are very few maiden races she can run in so James Eustace thought it was worth taking a chance. It is over a slightly longer trip of 10 furlongs which should be too her advantage. She looks as if this will suit her and there is plenty of stamina in her pedigree. If she could break her maiden in a maiden it would be nice for her connections. She is a relatively fresh horse which should be in her favour at this time of year.
WHISTLEUPTHEWIND is a possible runner at Wolverhampton on Saturday evening. She has run well on polytrack before but didn't handle the fibresand surface last time out at Southwell. She can step up on her run there. If she doesn't run on Saturday she has an entry in a 7 furlong selling race at Wolverhampton on Monday.
